My Teaching Philosophy
My Teaching Philosophy
I believe every student is capable of excelling in math and science. That being said, I do recognize these subjects can be challenging and anxiety-inducing for many students. I meet my students where they are and encourage them to grow toward their goals. I focus on helping students learn patterns and understand fundamental concepts as opposed to rote memorization. Teaching students the 'whys' and the 'hows' improves both their performance and their enjoyment of math and science.
